[#ad] If you have travelled abroad in the last two [#ad] If you have travelled abroad in the last two years you should have noticed a fair amount of differences from the "care free" travel days of the previous decade.

Firstly, you need to wear a mask for a significant amount of time.
Secondly, you need to fill in a bunch of forms before changing countries.
And thirdly there is a good chance that you need to do some kind of COVID-19 test at some point during your trip.

That last point can be particularly stressful for a lot of people as your trip is literally pending until you test negative the night (or even the morning) before your trip. Vaccinated people may be able to skip some tests, but there is still a fair chance that a test will be needed at some point.

For this reason, I partnered up with @medicspot to offer you a 5% discount for your next test kit order from them. Medicspot offers both lateral flow and PCR tests suitable for pre-departure and arrival testing from/to the UK. They have a speedy turnaround with results in 24 hours (from the time your sample arrives to their lab) for PCR tests and same day doctor-signed travel certificates for lateral flow tests.

To claim your discount visit the link in bio, select the test you want and apply my discount code ELINA5 at checkout. The code is valid until the end of April 2022.

That's a wrap from my Dubai and Abu Dhabi trip. I That's a wrap from my Dubai and Abu Dhabi trip. I hope you enjoyed it! If yes, leave a comment with your favourite emoji 🤩! If not, let me know what you want me to improve!

I have written a full blog post about the itinerary we followed during this trip in the UEA, and you can find it in the link in bio!
We didn't have a lot of time to spend in Abu Dhabi We didn't have a lot of time to spend in Abu Dhabi and there was a lot of debate on where we should go in our last evening there. Many attractions close at 4 pm, so we chose to visit the Abu Dhabi Marina to get on the Marina Eye and walk to a skyline viewpoint. Unfortunately, the Marina Eye was closed, so we ended up spending some time in the Marina Mall instead.
Did you know the UEA has its own Louvre Museum? It Did you know the UEA has its own Louvre Museum? It was opened in 2017 and since then it has attracted many visitors due to its unique design. Collection-wise, there are items from all over the world (including some pieces from Cyprus) and many loans from French museums.
